hey guys no offence taken

zen is very reliable but i can do a lot with £100 a month though.

i really hope zen will go with the times and have a 75Gig monthly download for pro package,then i will be happy to come back,but i cant see that happening.

if sky is ***,i will pull out of agreement but i wont come back to zen until they sought out there download limit.

u have to admit that ten pounds is not to bad to just try as my friend gets no probs, after 6months  speeds averaging 15Mb to 16Mb on downloads

anyway i think sky would be better than BT internet ,there tech support is full of indians that no nothing

let me tell u a story,i used to be with bt,i had a prob,so this indian bloke cam on and asked if he could use the software so he could see the prob on my pc  "well" i have not got any icons on my desk top and my task bar is hidden!:o) what a laugh i had,but never again as i now more about the probs than most tech support workers, except zen supporters

well peeps just to let u no after my move witch went without any problems

gaming: my ping is more stable,  making games more enjoyable

downloads:  much faster all times of day

so for now i am happpy touch wood :o)

zen internet is a money grabbing service

u r all mad keeping with zen,my sky service is much better.at only £10 a month

with zen,i always had a slow issue at busy periods even though i was on MAX service

with sky,yeah i only get 9.4Mb as i live 3kilometers away from exchange but....it never goes below 9.4Mb and flutuates to 16Mb with no download usage,so it is a rock steady connection

my ping is slightly higher but it dosent hop around like when i was with zen,causing lag making me pull my hair out in games

i am so frustrated with zen becouse of the following,on 10 of june i cancelled zen,they gave me a MAC code,.then on the 19th of june i phoned zen and said i am with sky now so plz dont take anymore money out,what did they do? they took the money out as usaul

now is that fair as i phoned zen about this in witch they replied "oh sorry,r u going to be there all day"i said yes she replied"some one will call u back with conformation of return"did they? no

so i am still waiting for the 

Did you give a full months notice?

If not Zen will charge you but if you did and it is an error I am sure they will refund you.

Well enjoy your sky service, they bought out easynet i think hence the LLU, and used to have good customer service, though i chose zen because coming from poopex (sorry pipex), zen have uk based , very decent tech support.

 I have a friend with sky saying as each month passes customer service is dropping, will be interesting to monitor sky's ups and downs...
