I am having a problem when issuing routable IP's
to clients on my network. I have a /29 sub set from Zen internet and
have configured a 2nd subnet on the router. Clients pick up the
routable IP's without any problems and can access the internet however
they can't sign in to MSN Messenger (it times out). Switch back to a
NATed non-routable IP and the client connects no problem. The same thing happens when trying to view some websites, for example www.btopenworld.com/speedtest just times out unless i am using a NATed address. It's quite perplexing.
