I am wondering if it's normal to have my broadband line data displayed below:

I have no data displayed for BRAS profile or sync rate.
I have read this:
"It
should also be noted that older Zen 8000 accounts in particular may
not have any data here, as this information was only available from May
2006 onwards. Missing data does not imply there is any particular
problem with your line."

I migrated to Zen on 5th May 2006 so this migration date is within the time frame indicated by the above quote (in red) so I'm wondering why there is no data shown for my BRAS profile and sync rate?
It's only a minor issue but I'm just curious about it.
