    Down here.

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Same here. I wondered if it was Firefox specific - so tried Opera and got no response either. Crying

    Re: Customer Portal

Thank you to those customers reporting errors. Some were seeing problems, some were not. This was due to an issue on our load balancer which has now been resolved.

    Re: Customer Portal

There have been some additional problems today with the "Tools and Settings" options and the "all pages" option on the grid display which is used throughout the site.

These have now been resolved and a new build containing the fixes has just been released.

Apologies to all customers for these issues. We will take steps to ensure new portal releases do not suffer from these issues again.

    Re: Customer Portal

    Thanks for the update.

    Pesky load balancers eh!

However - if I click the support tab on the top of the page and then click customer portal - I get 'Page Not Found'.

    Sad

If I click on the link again from the 'Page Not Found' page - then I get the portal.

The portal link on the support site is fixed now - thanks for that.

Took a few minutes, but the shark pool is placid again...
