I'm not able to access webmail at present (13:30-ish BST). I just get a message in my browser that:
The server at webmail.zen.co.uk is taking too long to respond.
I checked on the service alerts page at http://status.zensupport.co.uk/index.php and there's no mention of a problem there
Actually I can't find a reference there to webmail at all - does anyone know if webmail is included in any of the categories on there?
