    Welcome to this new forum.

This new forum has been created to discuss the new Broadband Usage web service and clients which officially go live today.

For those who have not yet seen the clients, they can be downloaded from: http://tools.zensupport.co.uk/usagechecker/

See our new page on the Zen Broadband site: http://www.zen.co.uk/Broadband/zenbroadband.aspx?page=10446

Portal announcements will be made shortly.

We have moved relevant existing threads to this forum group to ensure they are now in the right home however these are now locked as they refer to the BETA program and are for reference only.

Please feel free to contribute to this forum in any way according to the forum rules.

Constructive criticism (and of course any praise!!) is welcome as our suggestions for improvement, questions or anything else regarding these tools.

We do hope that customers will make use of the tools and that they make a valuable addition to our broadband services.

    Regards

    Carl

Re: Welcome to this new forum.

A new version of the .NET client 2.0.6.0 was posted yesterday with some improved error handling and some small bug fixes. We encourage all customers to download this version althoguh this is not compulsory as 2.0.5.0 will continue to work for now.
