    Line Data incorrect

Hi, recently had a fault on my upsteam which limited me to 256Kb/s, had a profile change down to 1.5Mb which confirmed this in the "Line data" area of the portal.  Today I've resynced at 2Mb / 448Kb, BUT the "Line Data" shows this as 2Mb / 256Kb & still getting a 448Kb upload throughput.

The other strange thing with all of this is that the data is 2 whole days behind, i.e the profile change happened today (22/11) but the "Line data" area shows that it happened on (20/11) which is untrue.

     Help? Surprise

If you read the help on that page, all will be explained.

Looked at the help, (didn't really need to though as it's all self explanatory) but didn't address why the date for the IP profile change showed that it happened on the 20/11 when it was actually the 22/11..

My previous IP profile changes show the correct date when they occured, it was only after this upload fault occured which seems to have thrown out the "Line Data" information.  Smile

    This has happened to me.

In my Customer Portal, it is showing that I'm on a 2 Mb BRAS profile but I'm not worried as I know that I'm on my usual 3 Mb BRAS profile as everytime I've ran a speedtest, I get just over 2.9 Mb which is about right for my profile.

It must be some sort of BT 'glitch' as most of the entries for my upstream are 0 even though my upstream speed is around 370 Kb which is about right on a sync of 448 Kb after overheads have been taken into account.

p.s. I haven't had a line fault but have had an occasional BRAS profile drop which sometimes results in incorrect entries under the Line Data information but, as I've already said, I'm not worried as I know that my speeds are right for my 54 dB attenuation line.
