    Cannot retreive email

    Hi

I have moved from Zen to another proivider and thought I would be able to retreive my emails for a short time until I managed to change my contact details from the sites that hold them.  Is there anyway I can have Zen forward any emails that may be outstanding from my account.?

I have tried logging on to Zen webmail but can't logon using my zen email address or password.

    Re: Cannot retreive email

The e-mail account gets cancelled soon after the associated broadband account is cancelled.

You could purchase a single POP3 mailbox from us, and ask for it to be set up with the same email address as your previous Zen one. This could then be cancelled also once you were no longer receiving e-mail to it. This product doesn't appear on the website, but you may still be able to purchase it by calling sales (IIRC its about £12.50 /year)

You could always ask customer services if they could set up a temporary forwarder for you, but given that you are no longer a customer I'm not sure if they'd be able to do that or not, but it doesn't hurt to ask

    Kindest regards,

That's most disapointing news.  Most Isps allow incoming mail for a short time at least.

You would think that it would be good customer service on Zen's part to allow this facility.

    Re: Cannot retreive email

It is most disapointing as I removed my Zen address in my Paypal account and now somebody has made a payment to that address via Ebay and I can't retreive it. I tried putting it back in but have to confirm it via an email to the Zen address from Paypal.  I'm certainly not going to pay £12.50 to retreive one email.

This is the first time I have found this with an isp as you usually can receive mail, although cannot send it.
