    is it possible to change the portal & email names associated once registered,if it can't be changed can CS reset/delete the registered portal so as to allow you to register a new one

    If you mean your registered email address then you can change your address from "my profile" > "my details" and your portal login email from "my profile" > "change portal sign-in".

    does it have to have "my zen" in the name?

    It can be any email address.
