false positive spam

    false positive spam

    Is it possible to tell the spam filter that a certain email address isn't spam, as emails from one address constantly get flagged as spam when they are not.

    not on a per-user basis, sorry.

    You'd need to set the spam filter to do the action "alter subject" and then set up a filter on your local computer to bin any e-mails with [SPAM] in the subject except where they are from your approved list of senders.
