    Small 'billing' suggestion

    Hello.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to have an option in billing section of the portal to get the PDF Invoice emailed to you automatically each month, instead of needing to go into the portal to do it manually.  The system already sends out emails with billing details each month (for the direct debit payment type at least), so I can't see it being too difficult to add an option to attach the PDF to those emails :)

    Regards,

Edit: Sending myself the latest PDF just now, I've also noticed that changes of address do not seem to appear on them.  I recently had to add an extra line to the address (My employers name) and that has not appeared.  The change was made a month or two ago.

If you go into the "My Profile" section & scroll down to correspondence preferences you check the options:

    • I would like to receive all correspondence via E-Mail rather than paper &
    • If I am the billing contact, I would like to receive VAT invoices
That should have the desired effect. (check that your e-mail address in the portal is correct of course)

The "My Profile" section is also where you can update your personal address.
If your service is billed to your organisation (rather than you personally) then you should update the site address in the organisation admin section.

    Kindest regards,
