We don't have a cPanel 04 - maybe that's why it's down ;-)
I was informed by our on-call team that we had an issue with two of the cPanel boxes a little while after the problem began. We've identified the cause of the problem and everything should be back to normal now. We have had to reboot the two systems in question one more time to ensure that the entire system is running correctly. The on-call team will be keeping an eye on them over night and we'll do some more post-mortem diagnostics tomorrow so that we can ensure that this particular problem doesn't re-occur.
I can only apologise for any issues this may have caused the OP and any other customers using the two systems in question.
