Help with a Microphoto Zen!

I have a Microphoto Zen that is about 1 1/2-2 years old. I tried to turn it on the other day and it gets frozen on the CREATIVE screen. I have gotten it into recovery mode and Rebooted it and it still froze. I am currently reformatting it and it seems to be taking longer than I feel it should. It is not being recognized by the computer either. Does anybody know what I could do or is it a lost cause?

Hehe, this did make me laugh.

Reminds me of the time I recommended an Australian DVD retailer to my boss. Unfortunately I got the URL wrong and he ended up looking at a gay porn website.

That took some explaining..... ;-)
