I wondered if there was an official Zen Internet view on NebuAd who, amongst other things, actually inject code into packets destined for an ISP's customers from, say, Google that then allows 'targetting ads' to be displayed in their browser. I realise that the financial pressure on ISP's must be enormous but do they really need to do such things?
