Can't see anything in the service alerts...

But I'm getting:

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED

when trying to connect to one of my databases using ZENCart admin and

myphyadmin says:

#1040 - Too many connections

So what's up?

Seems to be ok again now... but it's been on/off a few times...

I'd be interested to know what's going on, please.
