    Guestbook

I've setup a guestbook on my webspace using the script  from the knowledge base article @ http://www.zensupport.co.uk/knowledgebase/article.aspx?id=10137 but the past few days i've been getting about half a dozen spam entries a day that I suspect are from bots. Is there any option available for a verification graphic or something similar that I could use in conjunction with the script or would I need to go php/similar?

    Re: Guestbook

    Hello,

YES! well spamming a guest book is a very very common experience I would suggest. I too could have gone down the guest book route you've taken but I found a nice solution to my needs I don't know if its of any interest to you, see here:-

Sadly I do still get the odd bit of annoying spam but I can login to my free account & remove it within a few moments or a few mouse clicks. (i.e. message management).

**I think no matter what kind of guest book you create spam is going to be an annoying fact of life :-(

    Re: Guestbook

Many thanks for the reply. At the moment i've gone with changing the url and that seems to have worked for the moment (no spam in 2 days) so i'll see how it goes and then take it from there with php if it's still giving a problem

    Cheers

    Ian
