For a few days I've not been able to view website videos without them buffering all the time. My Dr Speedtouch tells me, when I run diagnostics, that I have a problem with the internet connection. I've followed the Dr S. points to fix this, but the problem remains and it is still telling me I have a problem. Incidentally, when I run my IE diagnostics - it tells me that the connection is OK. Needless to say I am very confused! Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
