Dear All 

Can anyone please help me?  I am trying to get started with a bronze hosting package (on Linux I presume).

Having created a web page in Front Page and uploaded, the link bars and banner colours are missing.  I see there is mention of this in http://www.zensupport.co.uk/knowledgebase/article.aspx?id=10524 but I can't work out how or where this is done.  I also uploaded using Firefix FTP but it makes no difference.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.  I already have free Zen web space using my broadband account (using Front Page) and this seems to display everything perfectly.

I will be grateful for any advice.
