In February 2009, we announced the withdrawal of our Binary News Service which was scheduled for May 1, 2009.  This withdrawal has now been rescheduled to May 19, 2009.  Please note the Text-Based News Service will be unaffected by this change.

We are aware you use our News Service.  We are therefore writing to advise you that if your usage includes our Binary News Service you will need to seek an alternative News Service provider. We have contacted a number of News Service providers but they are unable to provide any preferential pricing for Zen customers.

We have taken the decision to withdraw the Binary News Service as a result of the rapid and continuing growth in data available on News Services.
