My form has stopped sending e-mails. 

The only thing I can think that has changed is that I asked the domain resgistrar  (not ZEN)  to show the domain name on the browser screen rather thatn the Zen URL

The form's properties show Action as /cgi-bin/mailback and Method as POST.

Is this a question for Zen or the domain registrar or my e-mail provider?

I can answer part of my question - when I click Sumit, it opens a page in my Zen but I can't see the full URL (presumably it's myzen/cgi-bin/mailback)
