Hi All,

My Firefox usage checker extension has been failing with the following error (Firefox 3.5.3, Win XP):

'11' is not a valid value for Zen.Configuration.Enumerations.enumBroadbandConnectionTypes.

 Anyone know why this is happening?

 

The errors are a result of migration onto the WBC network in preparation for the new 20meg services, it will be fixed in a new version due soon. In the mean time you can still view your usage via the customer portal.

So, existing customer migration is fairly imminent then ? Can't wait !

Yes, the migration has already started but it's phased and will take some time to complete.

The updated usage checker was made available for download this morning.

The firefox plugin is still waiting for approval from Mozilla but will be available soon and should auto-update.

Just got a heads up this afternoon (on the QT) that completion of trials for the roll out of 20mbps has now been pushed back to the end of Autumn, but "it's not far off around the corner".

 

However, it's now 20 days since the revised Zen Usage Viewer was submitted to Mozilla, so where is it - what's the progress on this, can we have an update please?

The new version is still waiting for Mozilla to authorise. You can access it in the "older versions" section marked as experimental.
