Indeed we do not have an SPF record for zen.co.uk. Our customers are free to send from their @zen.co.uk addresses from wherever, eg their workplace etc.
I've discussed at length previously on here why I don't believe SPF to be particularly useful so won't re-iterate. However, we do publish an '_spf.zen.co.uk' TXT record that lists our smarthosts (mailhost.zen.co.uk) and the two queuing hosts[0]. We don't at this time publish a record associated with the cPanel platform. I can't remember the syntax but you can 'include' the _spf.zen.co.uk record into your domain's SPF records.
Actually, I've just added a '_cp-spf.zen.co.uk' TXT record that refers to the auxilliary mail servers for the cPanel platform. So for your needs you can include _spf.zen.co.uk and _cp-spf.zen.co.uk in your record and include the cPanel server's own IP address. That ought to allow you to email from cPanel or our mailhost cluster.
