under the useful tools option there is the exchange capicity tester. exactly how acurate is this tool?
according to it my exchange has been red for over 2 months now and during peak hours i do notice a slow down in download rate. This is rather annoying so i kept an eye on the day they will upgrade the exchange only to constantly see it pushed back. It was meant to be 13/10/06 then 03/11/10 then 22/11/06 now its been pushed back again to 30/11/06. since its now the 03 of december is there anyone at bt that i can ring up and give a kick up the *** to try to get this moving along again.
2 months worth of delays with 4 different dates for upgrades all missed is just taking the piss.
