I've been trying to play the download sample film BabyDog from the Lovefilm website. When I first tried, it seemed to be successful,and asked for my login details to vaidate a licence. However, this seemed to take a while so I decided to cancel and try to watch another time.
However, I was then prompted to download an update for Windows Media Player which I did. When I tried to play the sample film again, instead of asking for login details to validate, it just put up a box saying "Windows Media Player does not support the level of protection required for analog video" It has kept saying that every time I try to play it. I am using Windows Media Player 10.
I have managed to download and successfully watch short films from the BFI website since so I'm puzzled as to why the lovefilm sample hasn't worked for me. I have emailed Lovefilm (they said I needed to view it while logged in, which I was)
Has anyone else had this experience and did they find a solution in the end?
