My daughter has the Zen Sleek Photo mp3 player and the other day all the lights on it were blinking on and off on their own. I asked her why it was doing that and she said that she didn't know why and didn't know how to make it stop. Then about two days later the player quit working completely. The on button is lit up but there is no display and we can't turn it off, no matter how many times we press the button. Of course we did not buy the extended warranty through Creative because we bought it from a 3rd party. We also tried the online firmware download through Creative's Zen website but the computer kept saying that the device was not plugged in when it really was. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any help I could get before I give up on it. Thanks!
