I'm still concerned that I don't see any official statement with the words "Zen do not have any plans or intention to join the Phorm service."
The official statement talks about the past tense really. Zen could join the Phorm service tomorrow, and not have contradicted the statement.
I'm a 4.5 year Zen customer, with ZERO downtime - I love the Zen experience and recommend Zen to anyone looking for an ISP, but I would be out of here in an instant if Zen signed up to Phorm.
