I took it back to Argos and got a refund. I had to go through the bin to get all the packaging back and spent an hour working out how it all fitted into the little box lol. Luckily, I kept the receipt. Lesson learnt!

Well, I had an email to say that my upgrade order to Zen Pro was fulfilled last night. Download speed is a steady 2mb this morning and my upload speed which was 380 has moved up to 510kbps. I will be happy if it remains the same throughout the day. Yesterday's performance on Zen 8000 Pro over the new 21CN was abysmal.
