Hi Just got my speed back up to 1mb after a week of struggling to get 256. One of my probs is living so far the exchange, my question is are there new technologies due that will enable us to get faster speeds down old copper cables and if so when? Chris

Reading several posts re distances from exchanges etc, I notice a lot of people who live 2-3km away are getting much faster d/l speeds than me.  I shall post my router details and if anyone can point out why I only get 3Meg despite living <1km away it would be appreciated Noise margin down 12.9 up 21 Attenuation  down 10.0 up ...
