Hello all,
This is just a quick "sticky" in relation to DSL Max faults.
There has been a rise in posts related to problems with DSL Max, by customers attempting to gain Technical Support from Zen on these matters. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you all that faults should be raised with the Support team directly - either by e-mail to support@zen.co.uk or by calling 0845 058 9009 and not through this forum.
Before raising a fault, however, please be sure to read the Technical Glossary for Zen 8000 Pro and Active, published in our Knowledge Base:
http://www.zensupport.co.uk/knowledgebase/article.aspx?id=10537
You will also find advice on performance issues here:
http://forum.zensupport.co.uk/thread/7331.aspx
And advice on troubleshooting your telephone wiring setup (the most likely cause of intermittent connection issues) here:

If you have a filter resembling this:

Zen would strongly advise you to replace it with a better quality filter.
Please note: Rules and Guidelines for this forum are published and all users should ensure they are mindful of these when posting. They can be viewed here:
