Storm [st] Cost effective backup ADSL backup?

    Hi

It seems that BT have withdrawn the Home Highway and ISDN surftime products. Which as far as I can see makes using the Vigor ADSL router with ISDN backup financial non-viable. Does anyone have any suggestions as to cost effective backup?

Re: Cost effective backup ADSL backup?

You can still get ISDN2e (it appears) which effectively is what HH was,

    Details here

    http://www.bt.com/b4b/b4b_page_ed_detail.jsp?isBusinessStore=true&ContentOID=293047&cookieFlag=Yes&UserSegment=SME

although whether it is cost effective I suppose depends on the circumstances...

edit - thats a long address - if it won't copy, go to www.bt.com and do a search on ISDN2e
The box said "needs Windows 2000 or better" so I installed Fedora Core 6

As I'm already wired for cable, I was thinking of adding a basic Virgin media package for redundancy. Is that an option for you?
