    Suggestion for : online fault tracking

    On the online fault tracking system there is only a “Close Fault Box”. It would be useful is the box had 2 buttons one “Close Fault”  and the other “Add comments”.

    How can I make this as a formal suggestion to Zen?

    You can make a formal suggestion by dropping it in as an e-mail

    However I can forsee a problem - although you had added a comment to the fault, a member of support wouldn't automatically know that you had put a comment on the fault. I guess it could put an e-mail in the support box to alert them - maybe the sum total would be slightly more user friendly than just dropping them a standard e-mail with your comment/update.

    Anyway if you send it in as an e-mail (just address it to support@zen.co.uk ) I'm sure it will get considered, and if its decided it will be of enough benefit, then duely implemented.

     The problem is when I sent them an email update, 4 days latter I got an reply saying that I alread had a call opened!
