Fixed my 1st problem today

    Fixed my 1st problem today

    with the help of a thick old SuSE linux 7.2 handbook I had I have managed to fix an annoying mplayer problem by copying a .ttf file from a directory to the hidden mplayer directory and renaming it to subfont.ttf.


    Small repair it may be one small step for linux users one huge leep for doug

     

     


    Do you really care what my actual home system and network is I am sure yours will be bigger, better and faster.

    Blimey! Suse 7.2 was around when Noah was a lad. I trust that isn't what you're actually using.Confused

    Well done!  Every journey starts with the first footstep!
    The box said "needs Windows 2000 or better" so I installed Fedora Core 6

    Naaa SuSE 10.2 atm but I thought I would keep the big chunky manuals and books that came with it as some of the commands used in the terminal seem to work and as a point of reference, Also it came with a nifty little SuSE tie badge I wear as a mark of pride.
