i just grabbed a post from a.b.mm which is only 11 hrs old

and the whole post, every single file is corrupt, this is becoming quite a Zen trend of late :(

 
 

i spose its already being looked into, or will be.

 anyone else having problems?

 

 

yes seems a lot of incompletes over last few days especially in alt.binaries.multimedia 

 a lot of incomplete and lots of article not founds

Absolute bobbins at the moment and more than a bit irritating that bandwidth is limited so I find myself downloading stuff only to bin it.  

Hope they get it sorted as otherwise Zen have been pretty much top drawer.

There's a hell of a lot of incompletes in a.b.hdtv.

What are Zen doing about this - sod all it seems. What happens when the caps come in an so much downloaded stuff is worthless - will Zen fix it in a short time or not bother doing anything like now? Days have gone by and no replies from Zen, no updates, no progress.

What has happened to Zen? Hosting down according to other posts every other week - days or problems and no support in site - have they got new management that puts profit ahead of service to customers? something changed not that long ago for the worse.

 

We're not aware of any issues with news at present.  Have you reported the problem via an e-mail to support@zen.co.uk  ?

This forum is not an official way to raise support issues, so if there is a problem you should contact us via official channels.  In the case of news issues you should detail the posts and groups you've seen problems with, together with the date of the problems and any error messages you received.
