Moving an existing domain to Zen, where is DNS info?

    Hi,

I'm moving an existing site to an addon domain of my new zen server space. I've managed to set up the site and ftp, and log in and upload the site files to the new space.

I've logged into my existing domain name host to change the DNS setting to go to Zen, however I can't see anywhere on my Cpanel controls that tell me what the new DNS for zen should be. I need to move the emails also, can anyone help?

    Cheers,

    John

If you ping www.yourcpanelsomdomain.myzen.co.uk (replace yourcpanelsomdomain for your actual subdomain) you should be able to find out the IP address of the server your cPanel account is hosted on.

Point your A records to that. Create a New A record like mail.yourdomain.com pointing to the server also, and then point your MX record to this new A record you created.

    Kindest regards,
