Hi,

I have a Zenpartner account and a reseller account. Does anyone know how to keep track of new sites on a reseller cpanel through the Zenpartner Commision account? I'm informed by customer support that this can be done, but they don't seem to know how. Has anyone else had experience with this?

If you purchase a cPanel account from Zen via the Partner portal then this will show on the commission account.

Adding sites to an already purchased cPanel reseller account is not anything new that is purchased from Zen, so it will of course not appear anywhere in the Partner commission account when you do this. 

Does this mean we will not recieve any commision for reaching the threshold goals as stated in the Zenpartner documentation?

I was very specific when speaking to Gary in customer services on Monday, and asked if the Zen reseller account worked in conjuction with zenpartner for the commision system, and he replied that yes it did. Is there some confusion here?

Only sales based on an order to Zen would be counted.  The cPanel reseller account is one service, so will only be counted the once - when you've purchased it you're not ordering anything else from Zen, you're reselling a service you have paid for.

If you're selling *additional* cPanel services (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum accounts) then these are additional Zen sales which would count.  I expect there may be some confusion on exactly what was being asked.  I would suggest contacting the Partner program directly for complete clarification.
