Where is the anti-spam tweaking module

Could someone please tell me how to access the spam tweaking module which is alleged to exist on the new Customer Portal? I cannot find it anywhere I've looked... Does everyone have this - or do you have to have a special kind of account?

In the portal go into your broadband account, then in Tools and Settings at the top, change the pull down list to 'Email and Web space management'. Select configure on the email address you want to modify where you can select spam or forwarding, when spam is selected you get some additional options to change your spam filtering.

Re: Where is the anti-spam tweaking module

While Datahighways did originally have a broadband account with Zen. It no longer does, but Zen still handle my domains datahighways.co.uk and datahighways.net and my website(s).

Zen provides my email POP3 box, but if the email portal module can only be reached via a broadband account link, then I do not have access to the anti-spam settings.

Nor do I have any access to any portal features relating to my websites.

If you have a pop-3 mail box with us then you can still access the E-Mail settings. Just select your Pop-3 box under "My Services">"Internet Access" and choose "Tools and settings".

(I do appreciate the category "internet access" is not the most appropriate one here but is like this for historical reasons)

The spam settings can be found in the "Manage E-Mail Settings" module which loads by default once you have selected "Tools and settings".

    I hope this helps
