Portal down again?

Am I the only one unable to get to the Customer Portal this afternoon? If not - is this planned maintenance or a problem with the load balancer (which I think it was last time).

I've not been able to get in all day. It's very annoying at the end of the month as I'm usually closely monitoring my usage.

Thanks for your patience regarding this fault.

I am please to say that we have now successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem that was causing the application pool to crash and causing the "Service Unavailable" error messages.

Apologies for any problems this may have caused to any customers.
