    A big Thank you

Having worked in tech support for a long time i know it can be a thankless job with alot of stress.

that being said i just wanted to say a huge thanks to Rick from zen tech support for going above and beyond what any end user could possibly expect. He deserves a pay rise and a beer from his manager. he helped me identify the problem and where to go next to get it resolved, all in all a huge thumbs up.

    Keep up the good work

    the happyest zen customer

Thanks for the praise, always appreciated - I've pointed Rick to this thread (and his manager to arrange that beer Smile )

Thank you for your feedback :)

James pointed me towards this thread; as Rick's team leader, I'll get that pint sorted :)
