I've been using Zen hosting for a few weeks now with no problems. I've been using smart FTP to update the website onto my domain, however it recently stopped working, and wouldn't connect to the domain through smart FTP.
At first I thought this may be a local problem (firewall etc) so I went through all the necessary checks to ensure that Smart FTP had full rights (although it worked on the same settings beforehand) This cant be the problem because as a test I tried to connect to my free domain with Zen and it worked straight away.
This says to me the problem can only be on Zen's side. I plan to ring technical support after work, but any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
