Richard Williams:Once again I'm also without email, which my business relies upon. I switched to Zen after reading great reviews, but am now losing work over their constant outage and if things don't improve pdq, I shall be moving elsewhere. Not happy.
Exactly the same sentiments here.
Web site down, no emails and no clue as to when it's back on-line. Even BT have to be better than this.
Originally I didn't mind paying a few pounds extra for Zen as the service was highly stable. Don't know what's gone wrong of late, but know that it's costing me a lot of time and effort catching up with email which I'm not receiving.
