Zen Internet Support Forum

Hi there,

 

I've got a MacBook Pro and have broadband wireless internet access at home with a zen account. i frequently travel and don't have a pda/blackberry. what is the best way to access the internet abroad from my laptop? i'm a freelance translator and illustrator and would need to receive attachments etc. i apologize for my ignorance as all this may appear obvious to most of you - but you can only learn by asking so any help will be greatly appreciated!

As far as getting online you would be best looking for somewhere with wireless access such as cafes and hotels that provide the service. Depending on what kind of system they have in place they would be able toe advise you on how to use it from your laptop. Receiving email would not be a problem however if you use your Zen email address you are unable to send email via Zen's mail servers from off the network, you may be better using a web-based mail service instead.
