    Hi,

    I have a web site hosted by Zen with a number of email accounts on my domain
    However i have been unable to use windows mail or my prefered thunderbird to send or recive
    It just refuses my password.
    I am not using Zen as my ISP perhaps this is the problem.
    Can anyone tell me what's wrong
    I have followed the online tutorial for windows mail but to no avail

    POP3 mail should work correctly from off the network as this is authenticated by password. What server are you connecting to and what settings have you selected for it?
