    Recalling an unread email

Just sent an email to my father who has a zen account that I pay for.  I use Thunderbird and so does he.  Is there a way to recall the email if it has not been read?  Any help would be appreciated.  I didn't realise that a suprise had been organised and have sent him a photo of his great grandson which will ruin the effort put in by other folks.  Phew, long winded but really urgent.

I dont think their is any chance of recalling the email, emails once sent are outwith anyones control basically, but since you posted this about 12 hours ago, chances are the person already received the email.

As you are named as the bill payer on your fathers account you have rights to access his mailbox which is technically yours. If you have his adsl username and password login using the webmail client at http://webmail.zen.co.uk and delete the email from there. If you don't have these details, speak to our support team who will be able to provide the login details to you, be quick though!
