I used to be with Zen, then migrated to O2 and then came back again.

I've tried logging into the customer portal but as I'm still using the same email address and password I only see my old (pre migration) details, I'm unable to see any current details of my broadband usage etc.

 Can anyone steer me in the right direction ?

Your new service has probably been associated with a new contact record in our database.
Just drop an e-mail to customer services with the details or give them a ring, and they can merge the old and new accounts for you.
